commenting. It's hard to see other blogs getting 20+ comments for "I Like Cheese" while you're slogging along with 2 for a post you slaved over.
All you can do is keep putting up good content and get out there commenting.
ITA. Just find more blogs you like to read and comment. Then jump in on some carnivals/tags/or whatever. I guess it's about making friends! The only people that comment on my blog are my bloggy "friends"!
I'd have to agree with oh amanda. I am need of comments too and more listener feedback for my podcast. Let's help one another out. Come on over to talesofasingleparent.com
You may also want to get a twitter account and twitter each time you make a blog entry. You can leverage twitter (and Pownce) to be great promotional tool and it will connect you with other bloggers and podcasters.
